Expert Services

Mr. Cope has experience providing expert services (e.g., reports, depostions and testimony) on tax and professional practice matters in connection with tax and commercial litigation. He recently provided expert services in NORWEST EQUITY PARTNERS VIII, LP v. BASF Corporation, C.A. No. 9137-VCL, a case in the Chancery Court in the State of Delaware.
